Alaska Troll Caught is a eco-friendly fishing operation that provides the highest quality salmon available. Each fish is caught with a hook and line, individually hand processed and then hand packed in flake ice to bring to market. There is simply no better quality than troll caught salmon.

The largest of the Pacific wild salmon, kings are valued for their rich flavor and firm texture as well as their massive size they usually do not weight less than 30 pounds; the record weight is 97 pounds). Kings from the Yukon are particularly prized because they are rumored to be fattier, thanks to cold temperatures and a long migration. Kings are excellent smoked, but also taste great grilled, baked, poached or any other way you can think to cook them up.

Broiled: basted with butter,served with fresh lemon and fruit salsa
Charbroiled: basted with butter,served with fresh lemon and fruit salsa
Poached: in dry vermouth, with capers and tarragon, served with fresh lemon and hollandaise sauce
Amandine: on the griddle with a light breading of seasoned Panko bread crumbs, topped with toasted almonds and lemon butter sauce
Cajun: coated with cajun spices and grilled on the griddle (spicy hot)
Easy Cajun: lightly coated with cajun spices and grilled on the griddle
Oven Roasted: with garlic lemon butter served with tartar sauce
Piccata: on the griddle with a light coating of flour, topped with capers, mushrooms and lemon butter sauce
